Contract Sales Closer – Fleet Cleaning Services (25% Commission + Subscription Bonus)

We’re hiring ASAP for a Contract Sales Closer to help expand our fleet cleaning services in Austin, Texas! If you’re a motivated sales professional with experience in lead generation and closing deals, this is your opportunity to own the full sales cycle and earn commission on every sale and recurring monthly subscription.

What You’ll Do:

• Own the entire sales process – from lead generation and prospecting to closing deals and signing up customers for monthly fleet cleaning subscriptions.

• Coordinate with fleet managers and the Fleet Detailers at RH to schedule monthly, weekly, or bi-weekly appointments for fleet cleaning services.

• Reach decision-makers such as CEOs, owners, and fleet managers, and successfully get past gatekeepers.

• Close sales and earn 25% commission on every initial sale (average sale around $300 or more).

• Continue to earn 5% commission on monthly subscriptions for the customers you close.

• Work flexibly on your own schedule, but you must be committed to growing our customer base and coordinating schedules for ongoing services.

What We’re Looking For:

• Experience in lead generation, customer profiling, and closing sales.

• Ability to sell to high-level decision-makers (CEOs, fleet managers, owners) and manage the full sales cycle.

• Strong cold-calling and deal-closing skills.

• Experience coordinating with multiple teams to ensure smooth scheduling of services.

• Must be motivated and results-driven.

• Legal work authorization, a valid ID, and the ability to pass a background check are required.
